A builder final clean is a construction scope: dust extraction, detail work on finishes and fixtures, and a check against the written scope before the home is released for walkthrough.

The Builder Final Clean is the primary service. Rough and touch-up cleaning are quoted as their own scopes, so you only buy the phases the home actually needs.
The detailed final clean that takes a finished home from trade-complete to ready for the buyer walkthrough or release.
Cleaning for areas disturbed after the final clean, so the home presents properly on walkthrough day rather than the day it was cleaned.
Interim cleaning while trades are still working, quoted separately when the home and schedule make it appropriate.
Walkthrough to turnover
We walk the project, review conditions, access, trade status, and the finish the team needs.
A site-specific scope is written in plain language, then coordinated around the project's schedule.
A briefed crew performs the agreed scope, using HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment on construction dust.
ClearNest checks the work against the written scope before the space is released.
Completion confirmation and photo documentation where the project calls for them.
What the project team receives
The cleaning scope is defined, executed, verified, and documented—so a completed home closes out like any other scope on the build.
ClearNest does not publish photographs of client construction projects. The work shown elsewhere on this site is our own residential and general cleaning.
A low-risk way to start
Most builders start ClearNest on a single home so they can see the written scope, the dust control, the quality control, and the completion photos before putting a community or a release schedule on it.
If we missed something inside the agreed scope, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and correct it at no additional cost. Cleaning required after other trades return to the space is scoped and quoted as additional work.
Already have a cleaning contractor?
Plenty of builders already have a cleaning crew. Closings still move up, homes still finish in clusters, and crews still fall through on the week a buyer walkthrough is booked.
