Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. ClearNest brings standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Tell us ahead of time about special surfaces, product preferences, or allergies.
Is the oven and refrigerator included?
Both interiors are included with Deep and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. The refrigerator must be emptied. Standard Cleaning includes appliance exteriors and the microwave inside and out.
What if my home has heavy buildup?
Send photos before booking. If extra work is discovered after arrival, we pause and get your approval before adding labor at $45 per hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free at least 24 hours ahead. Changes within 24 hours are $35. No access after arrival is $50.
Which areas do you serve?
Travel is included in McAllen, Mission, Edinburg, Pharr, San Juan, and Alamo. Weslaco is included for jobs of $149+; otherwise travel is $15.
How do payments work?
Payment is due after cleaning by card, cash, or approved electronic payment. Confirmed jobs of $300+ require a 25% deposit applied to the final balance.
