Apartment turnover cleaning · Rio Grande Valley

Ready for the next resident.

Vacant units become ready for inspection or move-in through a repeatable room-by-room process, clear scheduling, final quality control, and documented completion—so the turnover stops depending on who showed up that day.

Start with a single unit · Completion photos on request · 24-hour correction on checklist items

  • Completion documentation and photos when requested
  • 24-hour correction guarantee on checklist items
  • Insured service with a consistent point of contact

The unit checklist

Every unit runs the same way.

The checklist is agreed before the first unit and does not quietly change between turnovers. Special, heavy, unsafe, or out-of-scope work is reviewed in writing first.

  • Kitchen. Cabinets and drawers inside and out, appliance interiors and fronts, counters, sink, and floor.
  • Bathrooms. Tub or shower, tile, glass, fixtures, mirror, vanity inside and out, toilet, and floor.
  • Living and bedrooms. Walls spot-cleaned, closets, shelving, baseboards, blinds, sills, outlets, and switch plates.
  • Floors. Vacuumed, swept, and mopped after everything above it is finished.
  • Detail pass. Light fixtures, vents, door frames, hardware, and anything the checklist calls out.
  • Final walk. A supervisor check against the agreed unit checklist before the unit is released.

Turnover scopes vary by property. The checklist above is the ClearNest starting point and is adjusted to your make-ready standard during the walkthrough.

  4. 04
    Document completion
